Our Holiday Camp Group Leaders play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children. Responsible for the care and engagement of a group of 15-20 children, they come to work each day brimming with energy, enthusiasm, and creativity. As a Group Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of the camp, ensuring that every child is not just looked after but is also having the time of their life, filled with fun, laughter, and new experiences.

Group Leaders are more than just supervisors—they are the driving force behind the excitement and joy at our camps. With a diverse range of activities to lead, from sports and crafts to theatre, dance, and even circus skills, every day offers something new and exciting. You'll have the freedom to bring your own fresh ideas and unique flair to each session, making the camp a vibrant and dynamic environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.

Our 1 to 1 Workers play a crucial role in making a meaningful impact on the lives of children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). By providing dedicated, personalised support, they ensure that each child has the opportunity to fully enjoy and participate in our camps. Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, 1 to 1 Support staff focus on the unique needs of each child, helping them navigate camp activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering a positive, inclusive experience.

In this role the 1-1 Support staff build strong, trusting relationships with the children they support. By addressing emotional challenges and encouraging social interaction, they help children with SEND feel more confident and engaged. Their efforts are integral to creating an environment where every child feels included, valued, and excited to try new things.

1 to 1 Support staff also collaborate closely with Activity Leaders, ensuring that all children, regardless of their needs, can participate in and enjoy a wide range of activities. Their support not only enhances the experience for individual children but also contributes to the overall success and inclusivity of the camp.

Our party/event hosts are energetic individuals who loves working with children and also have an eye for fun. They look to perform, burst out a cheesy song, love working with children and helping to create new happy memories! Our hosts deliver outstanding themed parties, community events, school events and wedding entertainment - all while full of energy, enthusiasm and remaining professional at all times.
Our hosts organise and run parties/events for up to 35 children. If there are more than 35 children, two hosts will work together. They liase with parents and have excellent communication skills. Our hosts know how to have fun and get the children in balls of laughter and smiles, while maintaining structure and order is the key to success in this role. From leading party dances through to performing science and magic shows; this role guarantees to offer a variety of fun!​

Our Holiday Camp Chefs play an essential role in delivering nutritious, delicious meals that fuel our children’s fun-filled days. They take pride in overseeing all aspects of food production and kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality and taste, all while adhering to School Food Standards. From menu planning to the final presentation, our chefs bring creativity and passion to the kitchen, crafting meals that are both kid-friendly and nutritious.

In addition to their culinary experience, our Holiday Camp Chefs are committed to food safety and cleanliness, meticulously following sanitation practices to maintain a spotless and organised kitchen environment. They ensure that dietary requirements and allergies are carefully catered for, so every child can enjoy their meal with confidence. Our chefs also manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food quality, all while making sure that mealtime is a highlight of the day.

Our After School Club Leader take the lead in planning and delivering fun and engaging activities that cater to a variety of age groups and interests. From sports and group games to arts and crafts, their goal will be to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where children can explore, learn, and have fun. Our leaders are responsible for the care of the children, signing them in and out at pick up, setting up and packing away equipment, and ensuring that every session is ready for action and that all children have a safe and enjoyable experience. Full training will be provided by our amazing team, so please do not worry!
We’re looking for team members who are enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about working with children. Prior experience in childcare, education, sports, or a related field is a plus, but above all, we value individuals who have strong social skills and the confidence to manage groups of children effectively. Our ideal candidate is reliable, flexible, and available for after-school hours. There are also opportunities for additional work if you would like more hours!

Our Sports Coaches are responsible for planning and leading a variety of sports activities tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Coaches play an essential role in encouraging participation, building skills, and creating a positive, engaging environment where children feel comfortable to learn, play, and grow. This role involves working at holiday camps, after-school clubs, and occasional events, providing flexibility and a chance to work in dynamic, high-energy settings.

Key responsibilities for our coaches include planning and leading engaging, safe sports sessions that are suitable for various age groups and skill levels. They focus on helping children develop confidence, teamwork, and a positive attitude through sports, while ensuring their safety and encouraging respectful play. Additionally, coaches manage the setup, maintenance, and cleanup of sports equipment, ensuring everything is ready for each session. Communication with parents is essential for drop offs and pick ups, along with working closely with other team members, you’ll contribute to a cohesive, supportive environment.

We are seeking coaches who are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about youth sports. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children in a sports or recreational setting, with a solid understanding of coaching principles, safety practices, and child development. Certifications in coaching or sports education are a plus!​
